 COVID 19 - Hygiene safety precautions schedule

General

• Hand sanitizer available for free use to all common areas (reception/restaurant/WC)
• Health & Safety Trained staff
• Social distancing measures , to reception, restaurants & pool bars - floor markings
• Staff provided with self protecting gear Masks/Gloves
• Staff submitted to temperature testing before starting service
• Control the temperature of guest upon arrival
• Applied changes to the air conditioning unit New Filters/cleaning with special disinfection liquid-disinfection certificate
• Cleaning disinfection program daily to common areas
• Info meetings at an external area with maximum capacity of 25 pax following the measures restrictions.

 

Reception:

• Suitable reception area to ensure social distancing while check in/ check out
• Social distancing measures with floor signs
• Protective screens installed at the reception
• Maximum number of persons in reception area 5 pax
• Hand sanitizer available for free use
• Daily disinfection at room keys-
• Keys given upon arrival and returned at check out- not continuous exchange on daily basis at reception
• Check in: 15:oo pm
• Check out: 11:00 am

 

Restaurant:

• Breakfast: 07:30 – 10:00
• Lunch: 12:30 – 14:30
• Dinner: 19:00 – 21:30
• Protective screens installed at the buffet
• No self service - prepared dishes will be served to guests. Assisted buffet service -All inclusive variety remain the same.
• Social distancing measures with floor signs
• Sitting are adjusted to Government Protocols- if the capacity is more than 120 pax, there will be 2 sitting hours- Information will be given to guests upon arrival

Bar:

• Denser chlorination adjusted to Government Protocols
• Sitting area adjusted to Government Protocols-every umbrella in a distance of 4 m from the next

 

Housekeeping service-Rooms:

• Detailed disinfection of rooms every check out
• Cleaning service every 3 days (towels and sheets change)
• Guest towels be individually wrapped/ every 3 days
• Daily collect of garbage only
• Covers to remote controls(TV & A/C) - change every check out
